Apply a small amount Redken Outshine 01 evenly through damp or dry hair. Use it alone or create a custom blend with another Redken styling product.
For a soft, sensuous look on wavy hair - apply one pump of Outshine 01 to wet hair, comb through waves and let dry naturally. Can also be used on dry hair to add shine and ban frizz.
