How long is the delivery time?
1-5 days. We reserve for possible delays due to the entry or that a particular product is temporarily out of stock. For countries outside Sweden the delivery is usually 7 days.
Can you colour synthetic hair?
No, we recommend that you buy synthetic hair after you have coloured your own hair. All chemical treatments is done at your own risk.
Is it possible to flat or curl synthetic hair?
We do NOT recommend heat tools on synthetic hair although it can be flat or curled approximately 100-150 degrees. If you still want to style it with a heat tool, then use quick movements so that you don´t keep the flat iron on the same place for too long. Used at your own risk.
How long does extensions with microrings or keratin strands last?
It lasts from about 2 months to 4 months depending on your own hair and your care of the hair extensions. On average it usually lasts for about 3 months with keratinextensions.
Does hair extensions tear my own hair?
All hair extensions tear more or less. If you are careful with the care, the damage will be minimal. Clip N Go Set is recommended if you want to have minimal wear.
Which method is the most gentle to extend your hair with?
Keratin extensions are the most pleasant and most gentle method for the permanent extension, if you want longer hair on special occasions then we recommend Clip N Go hair that you can use and take off whenever you wish.
How long hair is 18"?
One 1 "(inch) corresponds to 2.54 cm.
For example 18 "(inch) is approximately 46 cm long. 22 "is about 56cm.
How much hair is spent at an extension?
One package contains approximately 100 gram hair which is good enough for normal, thick hair. Do you have very thick hair then you should have 2 packages. If you are going to do a whole extension with keratin strands, then you will need on average about 100-150 strands (loops), depending on the desired result and the thickness of your own hair.
How wide is a weft?
A weft is about 1 meter wide.
What does remy hair mean?
Remy hair means that the hair you buy is rightfacing, therefore all the hairtips are in the same direction which minimizes tangles in the hair.
What is the difference between Indian & Asian hair?
We have chosen to be able to offer our customers different prices and qualityoptions. Asian hair suit all pockets and are very affordable and high in quality. Indian hair have higher quality and costs more, it is more suitable for professionell stylists. We recommend Asian hair because it is very affordable and the quality is incredibly great.
Can I flat and curl human extension?
Of course you can, but it is the exact same conditions as with your own hair: the more often you do it, the faster you "wear out" your extension. The same applies to blow-drying.
Can you colour human extensions?
We do not recommend colouring or other chemical treatments on your extensions as it is already very treated. All chemical treatments is made at your own risk. Colour your own hair first instead and then buy extensions which will match with your new colour.
How do I know which colour I should order?
You should always expect a little difference in colour when you see the hair in front of you compared to the one on the computer screen. We have 3 options to facilitate for you:
Alt. 1 Send a picture of you where your colour is sharply visible and email it to support@beautynet.se and we will try to help you out.
Alt. 2 Buy a colouring with our colours, you will find it in the menu of "Accessories".
Alt. 3 The hairdresser can help you match your colour according to their colourmap and then you can send the colour code to us and we'll help you find the corresponding colour for the extension. Important in this alternative is that you find out which colourbrand the hairdresser looked at and write it to us.
Why does the colour I bought look different than on your webbsite?
Note that all screens and photo cameras have different resolutions and sharpness, therefore it can distinguish a little in the colour scheme, you should expect a little difference in some cases. The hair that we sell is 100% human hair and this makes the colour results may differ marginally in some cases.
How long hair should I have before I make an extension?
To get a nice result, you should have a minimum of approximately 15 cm and a layered haircut for a natural look.

How is the extensions supposed to be treated?
Read the menu for care advices, we'll also send you a care advice that you can take advantage of. You should follow the instructions carefully to preserve your extensions as good as possible.
What products are recommended for extensions?
We recommend hairdressing products that you can buy on Beautynet.se
Loreal Vitamino Color works very well for extensions. Do not use silicone drops, but go for silk drops, Farouk Biosilk is strongly recommended. Always use heatprotection when blow-drying and flattening.
What does P4/6 mean?
P means mixed coloured hair, usually highlights mixed with brown. P4/6 is a mix with colour 4 and colour 6.
Which temperature should the heat fusion be set on?
Maximum heat is recommended to melt the wax properly. Start the plier and let it warm up for about 3-5 minutes before getting started.
