1st Warranty All Electric items are submitted one year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship at no cost to the buyer.
2nd Return shipping Payments for freight on the cheapest way, repaid in connection with the return.
3rd Broken Supply We are always careful to pack the goods right for them to be protected during transport. Despite this, a delivery is sometimes damaged during shipment.
If the product/products are damaged when you receive those, you should make a complaint to us by email where you enter the order number and describe the damage. Report the damage to the delivery point, Postoffice or DHL.
NOTE! The warranty does not apply when:
1st Damage caused by improper care, negligence, misuse or other damage not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
2nd Damage caused by the interference of other than our own service facility.
3rd When the warranty period expired, 1 year.
Transportation Damage/Missing delivery:
1st Transportation Injury You should always check your delivery on receipt, check that no product is damaged and that the number of goods is correct. If there is a damage in transit you must notify directly to the delivery point. We always carry out quality checks on all goods sent out.
2nd Missing delivery If your package does not show up or if you have not received notification 3-5 days after the order date, you should contact us and specify the order number. We will then contact the Post or DHL to track your package.
