How do I do in return?
As our customer, you always have 14 day return and the right to exchange your goods. Remember to always enter the order number of returns since this is the return number for your case.
1st When you wish to return or exchange an item you should always state your order number in the return and clearly write the reason for return, if you wish to replace with a new product you can type the item you wish to switch to. Once the return is with us we will handle your case promptly.
2nd In return, you should always return the item in appropriate packaging and with your ordernumber available in the package, please return to:

3rd Refund and cancellation of the purchase is made when we receive the product in return. Remember that it is always the customer who is responsible for return cost. For exchanges, please let us know what you want to change to, any differences between will be adjusted accordingly.
4th For exchanges, it is always the customer who pays for return costs, BeautyNet.se will send out the new product free of charge when we receive your return.
We do NOT return hairextensions or cosmetic products that are used. The product must be unused and packaging unopened.
Packages returned to us without contacting us before are not acceptable.
