Shipping in Sweden
All products are sent by mail. There is a free shipping on purchases over 500 SEK, with other purchases there will be SEK 29-59 SEK for the shipping costs. Your product is delivered usually within 1-3 days. At Beautynet.se we give you full insurance if anything would happen to your product during the delivery time.
Shipping outside Sweden
Shippingcosts for orders outside of Sweden are 79-149 SEK.
Shipping is free to EU countries when you order for a minimum value of 700 SEK.
The delivery time is usually 4-7 days in the EU region. Your products are fully insured during the delivery period in case something would happen.
You should be at least 18 years old if you shop at our website, if you are younger we need guardians permission to order. All attempts to fraud are police reported.
We offer safe and secure payment options via Dibs cardpayment. Dibs payment service handles Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.
3D Secure is a technology developed by Visa to authenticate you as a consumer when you pay with your card on the Internet. The standard is also used by MasterCard. Benefits for you as a consumer to use a paymentservice on the Internet, that offers 3D Secure, means that you have an opportunity to verify that you are the real card holder, which means less risk that the card is used in an fraudulent intention.
You can also choose to pay by invoice or installment through Klarna AB. When choosing Invoice payment you will be charged 29 SEK for the invoice service through Klarna Europe AB.
How to place an order
Look in the menu and select the desired article, by adding the products you want in the shopping cart, then go to checkout, fill in your details, select shipping and payment methods, then send your order!
Note: Do not forget to register as a customer first and fill in the correct information.
All orders received before 14.00 PM on weekdays are sent the same day. Orders received after 14.00 PM on weekdays are sent the next day. Our delivery times are 1-3 non-holidays in Sweden, if no product is out of stock. For orders outside Sweden the delivery time is 4-7 days.
If a product is out of stock you will be informed by phone or mail and you can then choose to wait until we receive the product again or you can choose to cancel your purchase. Do you want express delivery, you can write that as a message to us and the product will be delivered the day after if you make your order before 14.00 PM.
Shipping outside Sweden
We deliver to all Scandinavian and EU countries, we also ship to USA and Canada. Delivery time is approximately 4-7 days. Your order is sent with The Post Office in Sweden, and you will receive a tracking number sent to your e-mail. For orders from abroad, please contact us before placing your order.
Non brought packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and correct shipping address. If Beautynet.se receive a package sent to the wrong address or not taken out, it is the customer's obligation to pay the costs for a new shipping.
Beautynet.se will mail or call the customer at the specified e-postadress/phonenumber when we get back the package. We inform the customer and await response from the customer. For cash-on-delivery which is not taken out, we charge a fee of SEK 300 to cover our costs that occur with handling and administration.
The postage conservation period is 14 days from that the package arrives at your delivery point. For packages that come back, we charge our shipping costs and billing costs, currently 150 SEK.
We leave our invoices to Klarna Europe AB. For all types of returns for whatever reason, the customer should first contact our customer service to get a return number. We do not bring out packages sent back to us without a return number.
Beautynet.se always promises good prices. With us you can be sure that you get good quality to one of the best prices in the market. We sell all articles cheaper than regular prices in stores and salons.
Warranties & Qualitycontrol
For all electrical products bought at Beautynet.se, 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects are submitted, of course free of charge to the customer. Please contact us before you return the product. We'll replace you for the cheapest returnshipping in connection with the return, we check the product and send you a new one with approval.
NOTE! When the warranty is Not Valid:
- Damages caused due to improper care, misuse or other damages not due to materials or production defects.
- Damages caused by interference by anyone other than our own service station.
Beautynet.se monitor and control all the products before they are packed down and sent off. We control the quality of all products in order to avoid returns and complaints.
We can not take responsibility for hypersensitivity or allergies to ingredients in a product. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
We treat all personal information that you provide in accordance with the Data Protection Directive (PUL 1998:204). We guarantee that no information about you is sold or used for promotional mailing of the third part, but is only used internally by Beautynet.se.
Your e-mail address is used for orderconfirmation as well as other information about your order. We reserve the right, in some cases, to send newsletters or offers to the email address that you provide.
If you want to make an amendment of the information or be removed from the register, please contact us at email@example.com
You can easily go in and shut down the service newsletter when you log on to our site and we will not send more newsletters.
Return / chargeback / Cancellation
If you have you received a wrong product or regret your purchase, then you have to return the product within 14 days. You should always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returnnumber before sending back anything.
We only take the product back if it is completely unused and package unbroken, the product must be complete and in a new condition. Always return the product in an appropriate box and please write all your information on a patch and also a copy of the original invoice that you send with the same return. This will facilitate our return handling and we can offer you faster service.
It is your responsibility that the return arrive to us.
Do you only wish to change the product for another one, then we will send the new product to you with a free shipping. At chargebacks or cancellations the customer is responsible for all the costs through the return.
Beautynet.se do not bring out the package for cash-on-delivery.
Always be careful and precise when you contact us and explain your case.
If you would change your mind immediately after ordering, please email our customer service instantly. Cancellation is accepted only in writing or through email. If we already have send your order, you cannot cancel, but you may return the package to us.
The customer is then responsible for the return shipping. If you don´t take out your order, we'll charge you for 300 SEK to cover our costs ocurred for the administration and handling.
We are not responsible for how you use and treat the extension after that you have opened the package, we always do quality checks on each product before it is sent to you in order to avoid complaints.
That is why we are always sure that the product sent to you is flawless. If you would nevertheless receive a product that is damaged/bad, you should immediately send an email to email@example.com and describe the problem in detail, ordernumber and orderdate must be shown in the description. We have put up careadvice on our site which should be followed carefully, we are not responsible or do not replace items used or managed differently than our instructions says.
We will then assess the case and you will receive a casenumber in the approval of the return, that you then have to write on the package, when you send the product back to us. Beautynet.se replace the shippingcost for the cheapest shipping to us if you have made a complaint to us within 14 days after receipt of the product. You will get the compensation after we received the product and verified it.
At possible dispute, we have as a policy to follow with The National Board for recommendations. All returns must be sent back with the appropriate box or envelope. Always be careful and precise when you contact us and explain your case.
Change of used product
The right of regret does not apply if the product is used, damaged, the package is broken or in otherwise changed.

At a delivery of a broken or opened carton, we recomend you to immediately contact your delivery office, check that nothing is damaged and that the number of products are in accordance directly when you get the package. All prices on Beautynet.se are stated in Swedish Crowns, if you have chosen English or European version then the prices are listed in Euro. All prices on Beautynet.se are including 25% VAT. We reserve ourselves the right for any clerical error in writing.
If you are a corporatecustomer please contact us for orders, we will then email you all the company prices excluding VAT. In a short notice our business site will be launched.
